Cuts and Bruises

My foot and toes began to really hurt throughout the night. I couldn't handle it anymore so I took it out of the boot to see. I guess the wedges in my boot were causing a lack of circulation because my foot had to be squeezed in to fit in it. 

There's also still some major bruising on the top of my foot too. All the nerves are out of whack so when something even slightly skims the top of my foot, I get these tingly shockwaves run through my foot.  

The big bandage came off today. So this is what it looks like as of today. Sterile strips are still in place. And although I can't clearly see the incision site, it still doesn't look very good yet. 

I don't think swimming is going to happen this week.
